Unless otherwise specified in the Order, the Contract has an initial term of twelve (12) months (“Initial Period”) and automatically extends for an additional period of twelve (12) months (an “Extension Period Each”), unless one of the parties notifies the other party at least twenty-eight (28) days before the end of the initial term or an extension period, that it has decided not to renew the contract. As your request was sent outside the contract extension period, termination is not permitted.
